Dear Captain Howie and the Gang,
Tropical sun mixed with cooling trade winds and pristine waters make Hawaii a literal heaven on earth and you have captured that feeling of paradise at Pukalani Falls. This virtual garden is resplendent with vibrant colored flowers and birds making it a story book setting for the wedding ceremony.
From the moment we arrived you greeted us with warmth and caring not as paying guests but like member of your own family. As a recent breast cancer survivor, the renewing of our marriage vows was very important to me. Our wedding 25 years ago was all about the production but with the magical setting and Captain Howie and the gang handling every aspect of the preparations, our vow renewal was all about the love of two people during the past 25 years and our re-commitment to each other.
Chrissy was absolutely wonderful as our photographer. She spoke with us several times arranging all the details of the ceremony, but words can not describe our joy when we first viewed our CD photo album. Chrissy worked with us for an hour taking numerous shots to ensure that she captured every emotion. Anyone can take a picture but Chrissy was able to capture the emotion of the moment on film. Looking at the photos, the eyes just sparkle with the love and romance and all the smiles were genuine and not staged. By getting to know us Chrissy was able to capture the very best of us in each photo right down to dancing on the beach (we met and fell in love on the dance floor). The photos were exquisite.
Once again, this will be a moment that we cherish for the rest of our lives – Mahalo nui loa!
