Dear Capt. Howie and gang -
Our wedding was everything that we ever could have hoped for and then some. We felt so welcomed, like we were the only bride and groom in the world that day. The fun started as soon as my Maid of Honor, Tracey, and I arrived and met Wade for our hair and makeup session. Not only is Wade an excellent makeup/hair artist, but we couldn’t have met anyone that was more interesting and entertaining – such fun!
I think that what we appreciated the most was you and your staff’s relaxing, casual, stress-free approach to the day. It was great how everything was taken care of for us, allowing us to relax, have fun, and enjoy our day. Our photographer, Fernando, was fabulous to work with. He did a wonderful job with all our pictures, both at Pukalani Falls and Angels Bay. There have been a lot of “oohs and aahs” from everyone who has seen his work – we are the envy of all our friends! The best Man, Larry, had a great time playing with the wide angle lens that the photographer loaned him to use with Richard’s camera. Larry was able to get a few really good shots of the photographer getting really good shots of us.
It was very unexpected and kind of you to include the 8 extra pictures as an “Aloha” gift to us – mahalo. We love the electronic photo album with the Hawaiian music and have enjoyed watching it many times. Listening to our vows on the audio tape is still a moving experience and brings us right back to that moment on the beach.
Captain Howie, our Hawaiian wedding ceremony was awesome and one that we will remember with great sentiment for the rest of our lives. We can’t begin to thank you for making our day so absolutely special in every way! You are a great team, please keep up the good work of bringing happiness and joy into the lives of those you touch!
Richard wants to add that, from a pilot (him) to a sea captain (Howie), 21º 20′ 31″ N 157º 42′ 00″ W are the coordinates that mark the start of a wonderful life!
