Heather & Charlene – Pflugerville, TX – Catamaran Wedding Hawaii
We would like to thank you so much for making our Wedding the memorable, special, and truly smooth and easy day it was! Upon our referencing and researching for a destination for our wedding and finding your website, we knew immediately this was the place for us to start our lives together. We opted for the unique experience of the Catamaran Wedding. We knew there was a 50% option that due to the weather, this could not be accomplished at this time of year. We picked a backup plan, however you all made our dreams come true and our blessed event the one that we truly wanted. We started our day at 4AM with Wade doing hair and makeup for two (not an easy task for any man). Luckily he was truly sweet, charming, funny, and all around a terrific start to our day. He put us at ease and everything just flowed from there. He is a wonderful asset to your team. From there, we drove to the launching ramp for the catamaran. There we met Captain Howie for the first time! He is a treasure and a whole lot more than what is shown on the website. With his GOPRO and a few instructions we launched the boat. He gave our 11 year old son a 60 second tutorial on how to “Captain the boat” then he gave the helm to him. The boy was a natural and made it look easy, while Captain Howie took video and pictures of our 10 mile adventure to our beach destination for our wedding ceremony. From there we changed our clothes, while Marty and Fernando set up for pictures and more video. We gave them a few songs that are sentimental to us, and asked them to collaborate and come up with some island tunes to mix with our video. The variety of styles the two gentlemen have been truly amazing and we can’t wait to see what all they came up with. (I know the tree stump/coconut haupia cake with glasses was a first for Fernando and it looked beautiful). Not to mention that was the best tasting cake! The ceremony was both spiritual and personalized for us and our family. After a short picnic lunch and change of clothes, we were off again to sail back to port. The day was picture perfect, our dream, and one which our entire family will always love and remember.
