We just got back from our Hawaii wedding vacation a short time ago and would like to say thank you to Captain Howie and everyone involved in our big day.  It was a great experience and we would highly recommend Above Heaven’s Gate to couples who are contemplating a Hawaii wedding in Oahu.  Planning our wedding went great. The staff made everything extremely easy. It was wonderful to have my hair and makeup done by your artist Wade. He is the best. Our photographer Fernando was so kind and patient.  Pukalani Falls Garden is exquisitely beautiful.  We had our ceremony barefoot on the white sands of Angels Bay Beach. When I saw my father-in-law present, thinking he couldn’t come, it was the best gift anyone could ever give! And I thank you for going along with that surprise. Aloha to all!

We just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for the most amazing sunset wedding in Hawaii that Lisa or I could ever imagine! Working with all of you was a pleasure from beginning to end, you made it perfect!!!! Everything was spectacular!!! If you wanted us to write a review for people researching wedding planners in Hawaii, it would be our pleasure to do so!

We will be contacting you soon to discuss another wedding coming up in June. Lisa’s daughter was convinced that a wedding in Vegas at the Bellagio and a honeymoon in Hawaii was the right choice for her…. Until we had the chance to tell her about how wonderful it was, just the two of us in front of God ( and a few spectators! The one that stood out most was the guy on the beach that played a Willie Nelson tune for us..Hilarious!) and Rev. Rich who was amazing and enjoyable. From the first time we saw your website, we knew you could give us the destination wedding in Hawaii we have always wanted.  You far exceeded our expectations. On January 7th 2011 our lives were forever changed by all of you!  Thank you all for making our special day truly memorable! Words cannot express how perfect that day was. Angels Bay is GORGEOUS!  The turquoise water and soft sand made the perfect location for our wedding in Hawaii. Only one word can describe Pukalani Falls Garden: MAGICAL! The waterfall was so relaxing and the Hobbit house was incredible!

Captain Howie, you are AMAZING! Your words of wisdom will forever continue to remind us of what is really important in a marriage… us!

Chrissy and Jodi, you both are FABULOUS! Thank you for always returning my calls and emails promptly!  You really know how to ease a nervous bride!

Wade, your makeup and hairstyling skills are BEYOND this world! You made me feel so BEAUTIFUL!

Our photographer made our session really fun. And, best of all we received photos within two weeks of our wedding! The pictures were amazing! They brought tears to our eyes to relive that perfect moment again.

Lastly, adding the Hawaiian musician was the piece that brought everything together.  His voice was INCREDIBLE! The song choices were perfect and everyone in our party enjoyed the music.

If anyone is researching weddings in Hawaii, we recommend Above Heavens Gate over and over again!
