Hello to you Captain Howie and staff!!!!
We have so many great things to say about all you guys and your beautiful place!!! First of all Chrissy you are wonderful!!!! You saved our wedding!!! We had planned a wedding at our hotel or so we thought!!!! It had turned out to be a disaster!!! Our hotel hadn’t even saved our wedding date and we were already in Hawaii!!! So I called Above Heavens Gate just in hopes that they could marry us in the next few days. At this point we were not expecting a fairy tale wedding… just hoping to get married. Amazingly, in less than 10 minutes Chrissy helped me plan the wedding of our dreams!!!!! From hair and makeup, to the flowers, to pictures, video, amazing location, theme, wedding cake, and even limo service!!! She was FANTASTIC!!!
Wade you were absolutely fabulous with me and my daughters hair and makeup!!! And I should know as I’m a hairdresser as well!!! Lol. I only have extraordinary things to say about you and your work!!! And your personality was beautiful!! The girls felt so comfortable with you as did I!! They still talk about you!!!
As for Deva (Capt. Howie’s wife)…our children, Ethan, Madison, and Stevie, just loved you also!! They got to spend some quality time with you and Chrissy while we were doing some photos on the beach!! They adored your birds and cats and told their friends all about them!! Thank you for entertaining them!! You and Chrissy made them feel right at home and helped us include them in everything and make them feel like it was “their day” as well!!! Thank you again!!!
Fernando and our videographer were equally as accommodating and helpful – not to mention how creative and ridiculously talented they are!!! Neither Craig nor I are photogenic or feel comfortable in front of a camera but the both of them made it easy and effortless. And our pictures and video turned out breathtaking!!!! Thank you both soooooo much for the beautiful memories we will cherish forever!!
The gardens and landscaping at Pukalani Falls was beyond words. And the pristine Angels Bay, took our breath away.
And last but not least Captain Howie!!! You are truly an amazing person and soul!!! You made our ceremony so unique and personal!! Our wedding with you was nothing like one of the Hawaii wedding packages we would have had at a hotel. So we see all that mishap as a blessing!!! We got to know you and your amazing staff and have a fairytale wedding!!! Every detail perfect and filled with love and happiness!!! Thanks again!!!
