Captain Howie and Staff,
We are already so excited, and pleased by the treatment of the employees of the company. On Monday, February 9, 2008, without thinking about the time change, I called the hotline number for the company, to in quire about a wedding in Honolulu and was forwarded straight to Capt. Howie’s cell phone. I was very impressed, especially when I learned that I had forgotten about the time change, and it was 5:30 am in Hawaii. After a few phone conversations during this week, I am already very pleased with how I have been treated.
I am a homicide investigator with the local sheriff’s office, in a rural community in North Carolina. I am very over worked, and in a low tax-base area, equally under paid. I have not had a true vacation in quite some time. My girlfriend and I have been planning on marrying, and thought that this all could only be a dream. After some research, it seems that it may be possible, but I want you to know that it feels like you are all helping our dream come true.
I want to thank you again for already helping us make our wedding in Honolulu a dream come true. Everyone has been very friendly, absolutely more than helpful. Thank you so much!!!
